I think that by Ophelia killing herself, she shows that she has a weak character. Ophelia is easily manipulated by other like her father because she does not have a strong will. She shows this by killing herself because her father is died. I think she did think because now she does not have a person to manipulate her since her father was the one to manipulate her. Also she probably could not handle the pain of her father being died so she decide to kill herself instead of suffering the pain of being alone.
